"I had a few issues with their two service women.. to start they weren’t very helpful and did not have me at my best interest. When I replaced my card they didn’t do it and I got behind two months without anyone letting me know. When I replaced a vehicle it took so long to get an insurance card back to be able to purchase my truck. They wanted to sell me a life insurance but had not even reviewed my accounts since I’ve been with this office. When I told them I wanted to move to a different office they shut me off completely with any questions I might have had of them attempting to sell me again on life insurance."

"We have been with Matt and his team for a couple of years ever since we moved to Texas. We had been with the same Statefarm agent for 31 years and absolutely loved him. "I was at a children’s festival for 4th of July and encountered Matt. He was running a stand competing in a game against children for $25. I witnessed I child beat Matt, but he refused to give the prize money. Instead he came up with a dumb rule to disallow the sorrowed child. How can anyone trust Matt with their insurance if he can’t be trusted with a children’s game."

"I enjoy meeting annually with Matt to make sure there are no gaps in my coverage. Last year I listened to Matt and added the $50 per day rental car coverage.
