"I recently had the unfortunate experience of being involved in an auto accident in which my vehicle was totaled. Like many people, I approached the claims process with some dread, as insurance companies often have a reputation for being difficult and slow to respond.
However, I have been a State Farm customer for over 60 years, and once again they proved why I have remained loyal for so long.

From the very beginning, the customer service representative, a gentleman named Darcy, patiently walked me through the claims process and made everything clear and manageable. The adjuster, Leslie Schumann, handled the matter promptly and professionally, keeping the process moving and quickly scheduling the payout.

I would also like to commend Bonnie Covart of the Matt Tobben State Farm Agency. Bonnie was exceptional in shepherding the entire process—ensuring things were progressing, assisting with canceling coverage on the totaled vehicle, and making sure I had the information I needed every step of the way.

"Oh my goodness! Brooks Reames is a life saver! I called the StateFarm Roadside Assistance Line for help with a flat tire on the Highway. Very little progress was made in an effort to help me as they told me it would be 90minutes for a tow truck at 4o’clock and all the tire shops close at 6. Due to frustration I called Statefarm Matt Tobens office expressing how I felt no one was doing anything to actually help me get my car back in shape in the same day. This is Brooks superhero moment he immediately validated my concern with wanting help with my tire and after maybe 30seconds on hold Brooks picked up the phone to let me know he would be on his way to PERSONALLY help me get a new tire and replace it on my car. Brooks drove me to Discount tire, Walmart(for a car jack and tire iron), and then back to my car. Brooks did not leave until I was fully safe and set up to leave in my car. This is the kind of customer service and care that drives me to continue using Matt Toben Statefarm.

"Matt, I managed 6 highly technical 911 engineers for several years. I have had several times when I needed help from your office. I have had the pleasure to work with Gabriella many times. She has excellent communication skills, and technical skills and problem-solving skills. In my experience you do not always find all three of those skills in one person. In contrast I worked with the main office several hours on Sunday and could not resolve the issue. I had 3 different people all said they had limited time to work with me and ended the calls. "Dealing with this agency has been nothing short of a nightmare when dealing with their estate team after the passing of my dad. We incorrectly assumed that staying with the same agency for car and auto would make for a smoother transition, but it has been quite the opposite. I've had cold calls and emails asking for "clarification" on who lives in the home after providing the death certificate, so I've had to "report" his death 3 separate times. I've been charged for policies after cancelling them, and they've refused to refund to me saying it can only go to him. What? It's gotten to the point where I've had to file disputes with my bank... Horrendous customer service. If your loved ones pass, just cancel the policy and go somewhere else. This estate team makes everything more painful."
