"I had a few issues with their two service women.. to start they weren’t very helpful and did not have me at my best interest. When I replaced my card they didn’t do it and I got behind two months without anyone letting me know. When I replaced a vehicle it took so long to get an insurance card back to be able to purchase my truck. They wanted to sell me a life insurance but had not even reviewed my accounts since I’ve been with this office. When I told them I wanted to move to a different office they shut me off completely with any questions I might have had of them attempting to sell me again on life insurance."
